Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-6 weeks (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Quality Assurance & Timely Shipping

  • All jewelry purchases will and must be professionally inspected prior to delivery to ensure quality assurance. We do our best to process and ship your order as soon as we can! 
  • All items ordered will be shipped to the shipping address given at the time of order. Standard Shipping is generally 4-9 weekdays and direct signature is required for security purposes and to ensure delivery.  Standard Shipping is free.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after shipment has occurred.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  •  If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
