Refund policy

Each of our jewelry pieces is made to order, crafted from scratch exclusively for you. As a result, we only accept exchanges—returns are not permitted. Please note that customized and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

To initiate an exchange, kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery and ensure the item is shipped back within 7 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely. Any loss in value due to damage or mishandling will be the buyer’s responsibility. If we determine that an item has been intentionally damaged or misused, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
