Where do you source your stones? +
We source our stones from trusted, reputable suppliers who meet strict ethical and quality standards. We work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds and gemstones, so you can choose the option that best fits your values and budget.
What is the difference between diamond and moissanite? +
Diamonds are a natural gemstone known for their hardness and brilliance. Moissanite is a lab-created stone with similar sparkle at a fraction of the price. Both are beautiful — it really comes down to personal preference and budget.
What is your turnaround and response time? +
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours. Custom pieces typically take 6–8 weeks to complete from the time the deposit is placed and the design is finalized.
How does the custom process work? +
Start by reaching out through our Custom Inquiry page. We will chat about your ideas, finalize the design, collect a 30% deposit, and then craft your piece. Once it is ready we will send photos and videos before shipping it fully insured to your door.
What types of stone and metal do you work with? +
We work with a wide range of stones including diamonds, moissanite, sapphires, and other precious gemstones. For metals, we offer 14k and 18k yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold, as well as platinum.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes! We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped fully insured so your piece arrives safely. Shipping times and fees vary by location — please reach out for details.
